Who are these people?

What types of people are the American citizens showing up at town hall meetings to protest Obama’s healthcare proposals?  There are varying opinions.

Nancy Pelosi thinks they are Nazis.

She (and Steny Hoyer) also think they are un-American. 

Obama disagrees with that assessment, but he does think they are the cause of the whole healthcare mess and should just shut up and get out of the way.

Others think they are crazy,

…racist,

…like Timothy McVeigh,

…like the KKK,

…punching bags,

…or just too well-dressed to be believable.

Some are unruly and disruptive, however the majority are just exercising their rights to free speech and trying to make their voices heard, which isn’t always easy when the Congress people are yelling at you.

Who are these protesters?  They are 57% of the country and growing every day.  Some Democrats have figured that out, but most are just trying to shut them out.
